Marketplace: A New Batch of Keepsake Boxes
Mimi is sure the lighting for this photo is horrible. So am I! As soon as we had some sun she and Mewsette and I ran out to set up the photo. Then the sun went in. But we are sure you can see the boxes well enough for now.
I made up a new batch of keepsake boxes for my open house, including both vintage cigar box keepsakes and small round and square maiche boxes. I’ve got the popular designs as well as two new ones—Mariposa and Sienna! I don’t have the time right now to photograph them individually and list them on my website, but if you’re interested in one send me an email and I can work that out.
Simba has been enjoying getting involved in my work in my upstairs studio, but that didn’t work for painting the keepsakes, so I had to move the operation to the basement. Also, the votives. But he is so much fun, and I really should be I’ll be sharing other things soon as well!
Vinyl cutting in my studio had to stop when Simba developed a taste for sparkly silver stars. Never underestimate what your kitties will eat, either jokingly, or seriously. But, Simba, really?
NOTE: The cigar box keepsakes are unique because each cigar box is unique and inspires a different color and design when I make it. When one sells, it’s gone, so if you like it let me know. The smaller maiche keepsakes are easier to make up because I can purchase those shapes fairly easily.
