Daily Photo: Disco and Brighton

two cats
Disco and Brighton enjoying a sun puddle.

Of all the photos I’ve taken so far of people and animals at BlogPaws this one came out the best without any correction from Photoshop, so you get to meet Disco, a Sphynx, and Brighton, a Cornish Rex, of Curlz and Swirlz, wearing their conference casual clothes. Their fur sister, Coco, was staying in their carriage for the moment. I’ll post a few more photos of them and even their human when I get home and can play around with them. Sketches of these two coming up next!

Yes, I’m away for a bit, and having some serious issues with posting, not to mention what Mimi and the kids are probably saying behind my back!

  • It was so nice to meet you again at BlogPaws…3 years from the first time! And what a pleasure to sit and watch you sketch my cats. You have a true gift and it showed in the love and connection you had with them…

    • Teri, likewise! After only being able to talk to you on the internet what a pleasure to see you and the kids in person and in the fur–and in their finery! I should have put the sardine cookie in my bag, though–it’s in my box of stuff to be shipped to me!

        • Well this will make it even more funny–the hotel lost my box of swag! Maybe I’ll tell them they can find it by the smell! The funny thing was I had the bag you’d packed it in tucked in my things, but it must have overturned in the bag I was using that day to carry things around. I never noticed it wasn’t in there. I can’t let my kids know!

  • We follow Curlz and Swirlz but have never seen such great photos of the kitties. They truly are unusual, especially Disco, who Mom says looks like Yoda (whoever that is). Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette

    • They are truly unusual to look at, Janet, and especially to sketch! Disco does look like Yoda, but he’s just like my cats and it’s so cool.

    • Hi, Vicki, we missed you! And we had such bad connections so much of the time I’m just getting to comments. Hope to see you next time!
