We Know This is Your Chair
We do know this is your chair. We decided it was more comfortable than all the other surfaces in this room so we decided to move here when you got up and left. We’re sure you don’t really need this chair. You don’t really want to move us, do you? We’re so comfortable. It would be such a shame. Why don’t you go start our dinner? It’s getting to be that time of day.
This is what happens when I get up for just a few minutes. This time, instead of acting defiant or pleading ignorance, these two pour on the feline charm. But I fooled them with a clever trick involving a surreptitious tie from an old bathrobe suspiciously moving past the doorway…

Do you always feel outnumbered 🙂
OMG, Cynthia, all the time!
With all the choice there is, it has to be the one that’s in use!! So like a cat :)))
Carolyn, I’ll admit it’s quite a small house without much actual furniture, but plenty of boxes and such!
Oh, ya, you had it coming. My Livia always jumps up on my special folding chair I take outside when I let her visit Mother Nature on the back porch. She ends up nice and comfortable and I’m sitting on the concrete.
I can picture it! I often end up sitting on the edge of my desk chair, or holding my arms at an odd angle to accommodate the two or three cats there.
ok…ok…that photo has “sucker” written ALL OVER IT Miss B!!!…just sayin’…and I betcha’ gave them the chair, huh?! paw pats, Savannah
No, Savannah, I actually lured them away with play, then went back and took my seat!
