Jelly Bean takes advantage of a little reorganizing to stage a trap on the landing for unsuspecting siblings. He might also be waiting for his mother, who likes to hide herself in that spot and chase whoever walks past, and the two of them like to chase and wrestle. But she remembers to tuck her tail.

J.B.’s older brothers believe they are perpetually shrouded in a cloak of invisibility…. Seems to work pretty well, actually, except when one of them is soaking up the heat because he’s between the infrared heater and my feet.
Black cats have extra special powers to either be invisible, or convince you they are not where you think they are. Two of them together can be dangerous. Unless one of them is JB.
