What’s not to love? A tangled happy garden, a sleepy happy cat, lots of color and detail and sunlight.
My garden kitty, Moses, enjoys her morning nap on the bricks in the shade of the beans, mid-morning in September. I’m fairly certain I took this in the late 90s, but it stand in for any sunny morning Moses and I enjoyed in the garden. Remembering Cookie and Namir this morning, I thought I’d bring out this photo, and one other, below. “Respite” is from the same day, a little later because it’s afternoon sun, and very interesting how the colors are so saturated with this film.
I have the story of Moses as my Garden Sprite in The Garden Bean. See other photos of Moses on The Creative Cat and read the story of her rescue and life. I apologize that when you look through the archives that each of the posts doesn’t have a featured image; these were moved over from my first free-hosted Creative Cat and I’ve been catching up with setting featured images since I’ve moved.
