The Visitor
First, I saw this. Mewsette is a little shaggy to begin with, so I wasn’t sure if she was puffing up over something or not.
Then she raced across my desk right in front of me and looked like this:
It’ shard to tell, but it’s not just her tail and spine, she is puffed nearly all over her torso. She also began to growl and yowl, and the other cats came running, and everyone was puffed, and I couldn’t get a good photo because they were all over the place!
And what was all the fuss about?
I’ll be darned. Doesn’t he look surprised that anyone would be upset at his appearance? After all, he’s on they porch, they aren’t. Isn’t the porch his but rights then?
He finally did leave when I said firmly through the screen that he really needed to find another porch, at least I’d like to think so.
But then everyone was on red alert…

I agree, I reckon he’d heard it was all happening at your place and wanted to get in on the act lol
Perhaps he heard this was where the neighborhood black cats should go. Perhaps he heard it’s been a while since I’ve lived with a long-haired cat. Perhaps he’s another of Mimi’s children–or grandchildren!
He is a beautiful kitty. Maybe he wants to make some new friends and he heard that there are some cuties that allow you to live in their house. LOL
Yes, I think someone told him that black cats live here!
