Synchronized Sleeping, a Feline Olympic Sport

“You needed to work? But we needed to sleep. And this was the only place we could do it.”

Apparently the age-old feline tactic of simply being in the space I am paying so much attention to, like sitting on the newspaper or laptop, getting between your face and a book or you and sitting right in front of you and blocking your view of your computer screen, works for this as well. So much for me and getting work done.

They aren’t completely synchronized—their paws are a little out of step—but they are otherwise sleeping in tandem as only brother and sister can do.

This photo was originally the June 2 daily photo.
