Press Release: Win a $50 Gift Card and Share Your Experiences with Feline Leukemia (FeLV) Cats!

Anywhere, USA (July 19, 2024)

This July, in honor of Feline Leukemia Awareness Month, the Community Cats Podcast and the Tompkins Foundation for Feline Leukemia Advocacy are reaching out to cat lovers, rescuers, and caretakers to share their experiences with Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) cats. We are excited to offer six $50 gift cards as a token of our appreciation for your dedication and support.

To enter the drawing, we invite you to fill out a brief survey that will help us gather valuable insights into the care and status of FeLV cats in various communities. The information you provide will be instrumental in enhancing our understanding and advocacy efforts for FeLV cats.

Complete the short survey and enter the giveaway by visiting: https://www.communitycatspodcast.com/feline-leukemia-awareness-month-random-drawing/

FeLV is a significant concern in the feline community, and by sharing your experiences, you contribute to broader awareness and better care practices for these special cats. Whether you’re a cat owner, a rescue worker, or a community caretaker, your insights are invaluable. The survey takes only a few minutes, but your impact will be lasting. All participants will be entered into the drawing, which will take place on July 31, 2024. Winners will be announced on August 1, 2024.

Join us in making a difference and celebrating Feline Leukemia Awareness Month by sharing your story and supporting the FeLV community. Together, we can enhance the lives of FeLV cats and their caretakers. For more details and to register, visit Community Cats Podcast.

Read other Press Releases and Publicity

The content for this post is a combination of a press release and an email sent by Community Cats Podcast.

I subscribe to a variety of reading lists to constantly further my knowledge of health and welfare for cats and other pets, domestic animals and wildlife. I occasionally publish press releases I think my readers will appreciate, and I share them by choice with no compensation. When I am occasionally compensated for a post I clearly note that is a “sponsored post”.

Great Rescues Day Book

Each month features one of my commissioned portraits of a feline or felines and their rescue story along with a kitty quote on the left page, and on the right page the month name with enough lines for all possible dates, with standard holidays and animal-themed observances and events. Great Rescues also includes a mini cat-care book illustrated with my drawings including information on finding strays or orphaned kittens, adopting for the first time or caring for a geriatric cat, a list of household toxins and toxic plants, or helping stray and feral cats and beginning with TNR.

Each book includes also 10 sheets of my “22 Cats” decorative notepaper with a collage of all the portraits in black and white so you can make your own notes or write special notes to friends.

The portraits in this book, collected as a series, won both a Certificate of Excellence and a Muse Medallion in the 2011 Cat Writers’ Association Annual Communication Contest, as well as the 22 Cats Notepaper mentioned below.
