Graceful Kitty

There is nothing so graceful as a feline bath, especially in morning sun. This simple curve has long been one of my favorite postures, in fact, I did a stylized sculpture of my black cat in college in this bathing posture. Someday I’ll photograph that sculpture and post it;  it’s always interesting for me to see the images and motifs that have inspired me long before I began to create artwork.
