Daily Sketch: Two Cats
Well, it’s two cats doing what cats do, scratching and sleeping. Mr. Sunshine and Giuseppe are on the table by my easel—on my boxes of pastels, no less—supervising me, and making sure they are next in line should Kelly decide to give up my lap any time today. I was waiting for a nice cuddle scene, but none was forthcoming, though I enjoyed the time I spent studying them.
Just trying out some tonal ranges with the gray marker. I usually use color because I like color, but that was going to distract in this one. And those dried-out markers are really coming in handy!
