I am in your way and I have no intention of moving.
Mimi settled on the floor pretty much where I walk when I’m in the kitchen, and as you can see by her ears she was thoroughly aware I was behind her and about to step over or around her. That did not change her plans in any way.
Of course, she was expecting me to continue on, but instead I stopped to sketch her. Eventually, curiosity got the better of her and she turned around and got up.
The spot happened to be directly above my furnace, where one of the ducts runs across the ceiling. I probably wouldn’t move, either.
