Daily Sketch Reprise: Eyelet Ruffles

Must be something ab0ut that Sunday laundry that goes so well with cats…
Jelly Bean settled himself on the folded pillow shams and I can’t resist sketching ruffles and patterns. The empty spot on the left had contained his brother, Mr. Sunshine, but he left before I had a chance to sketch him, so it’s just the laundry basket behind him to the right. I added some watercolor washes just for fun.

Jelly Bean looks so comfortable on that eyelet laundry. Purr-fect for a chilly day! Purrs…
And it’s not really done until it has a few cat hairs on it–especially black on white eyelet!

Never known a cat that doesn’t love laundry. Such funny creatures
Susan, it’s a risk every time I set something down that it will become a cat bed!
