Daily Sketch: Quick Bath

pencil sketch of cat bathing
A Quick Bath, pencil © B.E. Kazmarski

It was another of those like trying to join in a jump-rope round where I watched and watched and watched to wait for a spot to jump in with Kelly’s quick little bath. She is so focused that when I called her name to distract her momentarily she just said a quick little word and continued bathing.

  • Beautiful! I never get tired of watching my kitties bathe, and you’ve captured it perfectly here with Kelly.

    • For a quick little sketch I wasn’t too pleased with this one has really captured a lot of attention! I think it’s little Kelly’s doing. Thanks!

    • Deb, thanks for the comment–I actually didn’t like this sketch, Kelly is a little misshapen, but more than that there were elements of the action that I lost that I really wanted to catch and I was disappointed. But in the interests of being honest about what I produce, I posted it anyway. I’m glad you enjoyed it!
