Daily Sketch: Blending

Jelly Bean watches out the upstairs window, streaming with winter morning sun. The white light glares and introduces all sorts of colors where they don’t normally appear, in Jelly Bean’s black fur, on the pine tabletop, in the lace curtain.

Wow, this is fantastic, Bernadette! Let me know if you ever decide to part with it. Don’t know if I could if I were you.
I’ve got a good scan of it, Paulette, that wouldn’t be a problem. Let me know–I’m still waiting on that last calendar!
We would love to buy it. Just let me know the price and we will proceed. thank you!!!
I’ll be in touch in email, Paulette–what a wall of art you must have now! I’m so glad to know when they go home to you–it’s just like finding homes for my rescue cats.
Thank you, Bernadette. They are treasured!
So very beautiful. We just love watercolor. …and we know how hard it is to work with too! Glogirly says once the brush touches the paper, there’s no going back!
Merry Belated Christmas & Happy New Year!
love,
Glogirly, Katie & Waffles
Thanks so much, Katie–mostly our human says she tries not to make mud puddles, and sometimes she holds the brush over the paper until it dries because she is waiting for the right moment. But we still can’t figure out why we always come out purple or blue or green, can’t she see we’re black?
Meowy Cat’s Mess to you too, and Happy Mew Year!
