Daily Photo: When The Human’s Away…

…the cats will unmake the bed to their liking and cuddle in it all during a cold afternoon.
I was out most of today, and when I came back not one cat came to greet me. I sensed where they were though, or perhaps I could hear the purrrrrs through the ceiling as my bed is directly above my entry door.
And there they were, with the bedspread peeled back and cats variously on it and under it as suited their purpose, and Mimi had at least awakened, wondering if dinner was soon. Jelly Bean is closest on top of the covers, Mewsette is the ball of fur behind Mimi, and the lump under the covers behind Bean is a combination of Mr. Sunshine and Giuseppe, who is the instigator at unmaking the bed. Apparently he started up by the pillows and burrowed his way underneath.
Can you tell I don’t like an unmade bed? Still, I couldn’t move them. I still had work to do anyway!
