Daily Photo Reprise: Hi, I’m Kelly and I’ll Be Your Studio Cat Today, 2011

Kelly always enjoyed this windowsill, and in 2011 she watched with concern as I totally took apart the room, down to the walls and floor, and painted and finished and installed new cabinets and reorganized and made it into the room it is today. Ultimately she relaxed and enjoyed the new arrangement and spent much of what would be her last year in that room with me. I still look up at the windowsill and expect to see her there some days; I know those are probably times she’s looking at me from the spirit world.
