So Mimi gave me another chance to get a photo of her in front of the daisies, especially now that I’ve cut the grass and you can actually see her. See what a nice girl she is?
I’ve really got to get her a collar or harness she likes! This one is just a little too big for her, but so far she hasn’t like anything but her little breakaway bell collar.
Isn’t Mimi beautiful? Wouldn’t you adopt her if you had a chance? Remember, Mimi is not a kitten—she is about nine years old, and she didn’t come to me until she was at least three years old, so always give those adult kitties another look. Check my “cats for adoption” post today to see several adult black girl kitties, not as nice as Mimi, I’m sure, but still nice: Magik and Sophia Slick and B and Lucky, all friendly rescue kitties, are looking for homes. And if not one of them check the Petfinder widget in the right column on my home page or visit your local shelter. Black cats are the last adopted, so be the first in line during Adopt-a-Cat Month!
