Another Big Adventure for Morty Averted

Morty almost had the chance to meet yet another group of veterinarians and Veterinary technicians today but he produced a quarter cup of pee just in time to avoid that experience.
Seriously, I had all of his paperwork ready to go and went up to the studio with the carrier. As I got things organized in there he got into the box and crouched down and after not as much time as he had been taking produced well more than just the two or three drops he’s been producing for the past day and a half.
Really, if you want to make your cat pee, just take the carrier into the room and set it down. I swear they know.
I wasn’t only concerned about the small amounts of urine, I was also concerned about his pain level. He’s getting Gabapentin and the discomfort was enough for him to lose his appetite, and you can see he is a cat with a healthy appetite. So I gave him the extra dose that was permitted, and after 2 days of squatting and even laying down in the litter box and producing only multiple drops, I’m so glad he finally started moving things along. After that he produced several tablespoons sized balls of pee so I am cautiously hopeful he seems to be on his way to healing.
Thanks to those who helped!
I really appreciate the support!
Visit my website, www.PortraitsOfAnimals.net, and do some shopping! I am currently rebuilding some of my galleries so some pages may look different from others. I am placing my handmade goods for sale in holiday gallery displays and a few stores and deciding on the holiday markets that are available.
Also consider a portrait, or a portrait certificate for the holidays! It would make me very happy to pack and ship things to you in return for money.
