Reminds me of yesterday’s sketch—same Jelly Bean, all the time!
“I’ll just wait here until you turn on the faucet, okay?”
“I’m ready whenever you are.”
“I don’t mind if you have a few other things to do. I can wait.”
“This is comfortable, I’ll just stay curled in the sink.”
“I know you won’t forget me.”
“I’ll be so grateful when you turn on the faucet.”
“Life will be so good when I get my drink of fresh, cold, flowing water.”
“I am so thirsty I will drink forever when you turn on the faucet.”
“Look how weak I’m getting without my drink of fresh water.”
“I will perish if you don’t turn on the faucet.”
Between the eyes and the pleading, I can’t resist.

Jelly Bean is so funny. Now I see where you got yesterdays sketch from, although it sounds as though you could do one of those everyday. I guess drinking from a bowl is out of the question 🙂
Susan, Bean is very manipulative! He loves his fountain, but he loves the power of his cuteness even more. Sometimes when I do turn it on, he doesn’t even drink from it.

Janet, they are vintage from a place that specializes in selling any construction materials in good condition. I went there knowing I’d find a set, and I’d get whatever color I liked best–it had a tub to match it but I couldn’t get it into my second floor!
