Daily Photo Reprise: Easy Like Sunday, 2012

Guess it’s time for heart-shaped cats again…The brothers are sweet. No matter how much of a pain little Bean can be with his constant poking and wanting to wrestle, everyone takes care of him. Here he and Giuseppe settle on the bed for the entire pleasant June afternoon, tucked together on the summer spread with just a splash of late afternoon sunlight to warm it up, green leaves outside the window. It’s nice how they could be any two black cats just cuddling on the bed (of course, Giuseppe is dreaming of cuddling with Mlle. Daisy…)

I couldn’t decide between that photo and the one below, though; I like to be able to see their details better, and Giuseppe is giving Bean a little bath, but I also like the dramatically dark bedding around them to enhance the splash of light. So, what the heck, we have them both. And just a note…they were almost today’s Daily Sketch, but when I started getting my drawing materials ready they decided to come over for pets and lovin’.
