Daily Photo Reprise: Boys and Books and Another, 2010
They think it’s unfair that Kelly and Dickie were featured in the library before they were, especially since they’re a (nearly) matched set! Jelly Bean and Mr. Sunshine cuddle in a nap in the library of cat books. Yes, it seems my cats mostly seem to think that books are good props. We’ll see at some point if they managed to absorb any of the content. (P.S. You’ll be seeing these library photos again soon!)
But in reviewing my photos from that day I saw I’d taken, oh, about three dozen…a dozen of just them cuddling like this. Below is just a closer view of the big hug, and below that, what Kelly and Dickie, the original library cats, think about it all!
Of course, this is more about the hug than the scenery. Below, Kelly and Dickie, the original library cats, hang out by the window and watch the big photo shoot, confident in their stardom. Well, at least Dickie is. Kelly, I’m not so sure.
AND………….
Because this fits in with the theme of “Quiet” we thought we’d join in the Pet Blogging Hops this weekend!
We’re participating in this week’s PhotoHunt, hosted by Sandi at the Whistlestop Cafe
And in the Weekend Cat Blogging blog hop…
…and the Saturday Pet Blogger Hop, hosted by Baby Patches, Life with Dogs and Two Little Cavaliers.

These photos are wonderful! If there’s a better combination than cats and books, I don’t know what it is!
Ingrid, they are natural models and knew exactly how to pose! I can’t wait to get to the paintings.
