Daily Sketch Reprise: Bathing Each Other, With a Twist
Every so often I like to go back into one of my brush pen sketches and add a color or pattern. I love the lines in this sketch and don’t want to disturb them, but thought I’d add a little something.

I love these views from above. I had been about to sketch Mewsette having a really good bath in the middle of my work table with a few objects around her, then Bean came in and she jumped down to have a little bathing party with him. They regularly wash each other in this swirling way, starting with each others’ ears and working their way down each others’ backs. Such wonderful friends, though it always ends with a bit of a wrestling match.
Working in my studio most of the day, cats were around my feet for most of the time, and I have to be especially careful not to step on any tails. Kitties are probably glad I’m barefoot most of the time so I know my mistake immediately!
