Daily Sketch: Bedfellows!
That’s one way to win the basket, just lie down atop your brother so he has to get out from under you. this is Jelly Bean’s new tactic. It was also very fun to watch. Jelly Bean always seems so innocent and polite, but just ask his siblings—he’s a real trouble maker!

What else was I sketching on this date?
Two Cats with Green Apple, 2013
It was originally going to be just Mewsette in profile, possibly in silhouette, with the green apple in the stainless bowl. Giuseppe, who does not like to be left out of anything, showed up and plunked himself down for a bath right in front of me…so he’s right on the edge of the paper, but he still fit, washing his face. Such is the evolution of a sketch with input from cats.
