Double the cuteness! My bathroom door has a full-length mirror, just purrfect for capturing sunny happy kitties. Little Mariposa knows the power of her cuteness!
Time to catch up again! Now that the holidays are actually here and I won’t be minding the shop, making more stuff and running out to get more materials I’ll be posting again. And looking forward to it because you have been missing exciting new things and it’s all my fault.
We know where you hid the bag of fresh handmade catnip toys Norma Clouse made for us and just dropped off. Don’t think we’re waiting for Christmas like she said. We are cats, stalking difficult prey is our thing.
How many other cats have heated steps? When I had a landing installed on the steps to have a closet there, the steps turned and landed right where I’d had an old-fashioned floor vent. The cats and I hated to lose it, but I added to the vent so it would turn and come out of the bottom step. The steps are warmed by the vent passing through. Makes getting up and down the steps interesting sometimes.
Quite a gathering in the kitchen last night. Great way to warm up and get a purring massage on tired hands.
I guess this is the only way I’m going to get any attention today, if I act like I’m some of your art stuff. (Mimi really knows how to send me on a guilt trip. Just look at that expression on her face.)
Have you ever seen a four-headed cat chair? There’s a very toasty tortie in the middle of all that. This is what they’ve been up to while I was working in the basement. Guess I’ll go use the other computer.
The closest thing we’ve got to a fireplace, the furnace vent at the foot of the stairs. Sunshine, Mimi and Basil don’t seem to mind, but it makes it interesting to get up and down the stair, and they kind of absorb the heat!
