Mr. Sunshine thinks if he stares at it long enough he will turn it on by the power of his mind. But then he also thinks he’s SuperCat.
I know better. Mom is all-powerful and all-knowing and only she can make magic things happen.
I hope she reads this and I get some extra attention, pets, laptime and maybe food too.

This image is not in the Compositions in Black and Green Calendar 2013—it’s one of a couple dozen that I just couldn’t fit anywhere, partly because I wanted to feature it as a larger monthly image and, well, there are only 12 months in a year. But it will be in the 2014 calendar along with others from the past and ones I’m photographing right now.
