Daily Photo: Package Inspection and Approval

Black cat looking at cards.
“Make certain the cards are lined up properly prior to running the scoring blade.”

I have a house full of working cats who are happy to wake from their naps to help me with my daily tasks and offer their opinions in no uncertain terms. Mimi supervises the scoring and folding of greeting cards, above, and below she inspects the interior of a box prior to packing it with a customer’s order.

Mimi inspects the interior of a box prior to packing “This box is the proper size and correctly assembled.”

And no box is ready to be sealed shut and sent on its way without the “stamp” of approval from Mewsette, my feline cardboard interpretation artist, who daylights as a parcel approval manager.

Paulette, I recently updated a lot of things and thought that might make commenting easier, but not necessarily so. I’ll be working on some other changes soon and we’ll see what happens then. Sorry! But yes, that was your order Mimi and Mewsette were inspecting for me!

I try to “like” but the button doesn’t move?? Just wanted you to know. And I am doing this from my PC not an iPad. And I so wish Savannah would help me in the office like my other cats before her did. I miss having cat fur in my keyboard. ANd Miss Bernadette, we WON the Cookie calendar over at Texas blog!!! Can’t wait to get it and will do a post all about it. paw hugs, Savvy and Mom Linda

Linda,I did see you won the calendar! Con-cat-ulations! I’m so glad to know Cookie will be joining you in your kitchen! Some cats are just naturally “helpful” and others are, well, just who they are–in this case it’s a matter of not letting one’s sibling get the better of one. I’m not sure about the “Like” button since I did a little upgrade, but even though it doesn’t show any change when you press it, I guess you need to leave and come back to see the number change. I pressed it last night when I read your message, nothing changed, then the next time I came back it tells me “You and 3 others”. I guess that means it registered but it’s not terribly satisfying. Thanks for visiting!

I visit often, just not enough time to always comment. And frankly, Mom still misses Kelly and Cookie, just give her some time…she and I both really luvluvluv the fab black 5 (counting Mom cat of course)

Likewise, we visit you often but don’t comment! I think I need to look for a new “like” button–much of the time I prefer just being able to do that.

Yes, the little stamp of approval on the corner, and sometimes a second!
