Vintage Photo: Old Friends, 2003

Stanley and Moses share the morning sun at the back door some in winter 2003. This photo was in today’s article, Loving Care for Your Senior Cat, and I’d planned on using it as the daily photo. My two oldest cats doze in the winter sun magnified by the back door; Moses is about 16, Stanley 21. As a frightened formerly feral kitten Moses discovered Stanley’s friendly, nurturing personality and virtually attached herself to him, leaning on him as they walked around the house.
